1st Serve Tennis Studio welcomes Partner Coaches who want flexibility in how they teach and who wish to build their own client base.

As a Partner Coach you may

• Choose your own coaching days
• Choose your own time slots and number of teaching hours
• Set your own coaching rate
• Bring your own clients to the studio
• Receive new clients through 1st Serve Tennis Studio's channels

No joining fee and no monthly fee to be a Partner Coach.

Client books through the studio website

• The client pays the price set by the studio
• The studio collects the payment from the client
• The coach sets their own coaching rate and informs the studio before bookings open
• The studio deducts an 8% service fee from the coaching fee only
• Court hire and other studio charges are not included when calculating the 8% service fee
• The studio settles and pays the coach at the end of every month, or on the agreed payment cycle
• The studio sends the coach the hours, fees and service-fee deductions for checking before payment

Coach Customer

• The client pays the coaching fee to the coach directly
• The coach sets and collects their own coaching fee

The coach receives the Partner Court Rate below:

• The coach must book the court through the system or notify an admin before every session
• The coach must pay the court charges on the studio's terms

A client introduced by 1st Serve Tennis Studio who books through the website is a Studio Customer.

The coach must teach and take payment through the system under the Partner Coach terms.

A coach may not move a Studio Customer's payment to a direct payment with the coach in order to avoid the 8% service fee.

If such a client later becomes a regular client of the coach, the coach and the studio shall agree on that client's status together.

1st Serve Tennis Studio may promote Partner Coaches through its website, social media or other online channels as appropriate.

Coaches may send material to be used for promotion, for example:

Promotion depends on the studio's marketing plans at any given time.

• Every use of a court must be booked in advance
• The coach must check that the booked date and time are correct
• If the coach cannot attend, they must notify the studio as early as possible
• If a client cancels or does not show up, the studio's cancellation policy and/or the agreement between coach and client applies
• Repeated cancellations or no-shows without advance notice may affect Partner Coach status

Partner Coaches and their clients must follow the rules of 1st Serve Tennis Studio, including cleanliness, safety, use of equipment and punctuality.

The coach is responsible for damage caused by themselves or their clients, on the studio's terms.

Payment to the coach is made on the agreed cycle and may be subject to withholding tax as required by law.

1st Serve Tennis Studio reserves the right to suspend or end Partner Coach status in the event of breaches of studio rules, use of the booking or payment system contrary to these terms, or conduct that affects clients or the studio's reputation.

By registering as a Partner Coach, the coach confirms that they have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of 1st Serve Tennis Studio.
